Refund policy

· For Standard Orders:  Client may request a refund on unused images within 30 days of initial payment.

· All refunds are issued in the original form of payment and are subject to the processing times and/or fees of the applicable third party financial institution.

· After 30 days of initial order payment, balances cannot be refunded, but FLPP will retain all amounts previously paid as a credit to be applied towards any future orders by Client.

· All refunds are final and will only be provided at the end of the order, thus closing the order.
